Thornetta Davis Concert at The Ark in Ann Arbor

Thornetta Davis, internationally recognized singer and songwriter, was honored with the Detroit Blues Society’s Living Lifetime Achievement Award and has a star on the Canada South Blues Museum Walk of Fame. Crowned Detroit’s Queen of the Blues in 2015, she’s performed with legends like B.B. King and Bonnie Raitt. A multiple Blues Music Award nominee and the 2023 winner for Best Soul/Blues Female Artist, Thornetta delivered an authentic blues experience at The Ark. The concert was held on the second floor, accessible only by stairs due to elevator repairs.
