Evelyn’s Midtown Kitchen – Knife Skills Class

The class focused on safe and precise knife handling, teaching foundational cuts while preparing a classic mirepoix vegetable soup, a Niçoise-style chopped vegetable salad, and a fresh fruit salad with citrus and mint. Working in groups of four, students spent around two hours actively cooking and refining their techniques. By the end, everyone felt more confident with their knives and enjoyed a light, fresh meal they prepared themselves.
