Woodbridge Manor: Fresh Truck Mobile Market
Eastern Market's Well Wayne Fresh Truck, a mobile grocery store, stops at The Village of Woodbridge Manor in Detroit on Friday, November 13, from noon to 2 p.m. It brings nutrient-dense food to neighborhoods with limited grocery options.
Well Wayne Fresh Trucks run through Eastern Market's Mobile Markets program, funded in partnership with the Wayne County Department of Health, Human and Veteran Services. They serve all 43 municipalities in Wayne County.
The idea is to improve access to nutrient-dense food, especially where grocery stores are few. This stop is at 1300 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd in Detroit.
The schedule is subject to change, so check the Well Wayne Fresh Truck schedule before you head out.
