Kennedy Plaza: Fresh Truck Mobile Market
Eastern Market's Well Wayne Fresh Truck, a mobile grocery store, parks at Kennedy Plaza in Dearborn on Tuesday, November 10, from 9 to 11 a.m. It brings nutrient-dense food to neighborhoods with limited grocery options.
The Well Wayne Fresh Truck works like a grocery store on wheels. It runs through Eastern Market's Mobile Markets program and is funded by the Wayne County Department of Health, Human and Veteran Services. The goal is better access to healthy food, especially in communities with few grocery stores.
The truck serves all 43 municipalities in Wayne County. The schedule can change, so check the latest Fresh Truck schedule before you head out.
