Stonewall Run Club
Affirmations LGBTQ+ Community Center's run club sets off from Affirmations in Ferndale on Wednesday, March 3, at 6:30 p.m. Pick the 5K or 10K route and finish at Soho or Sidecar Slider Bar.
The run starts outside Affirmations (290 W Nine Mile Rd) and wraps up by 8 p.m. Both the 5K and 10K routes head out along Nine Mile Road and finish on West Troy Street, behind Soho and Sidecar Slider Bar. On even weeks (2nd and 4th) it ends at Soho, and on odd weeks (1st and 3rd) at Sidecar Slider Bar.
Weather calls are made by 11 a.m. on Wednesdays based on radar and posted on the event page. No update by 11 means the run is on. If it's canceled, the group meets up at Soho / Sidecar Slider Bar from 7 to 8 p.m. instead. Follow @stonewalldetroit and @goaffirmations for announcements.
