The Holiday Show! A Festive Night of Comedy
Go Comedy! Improv Theater's 17th annual holiday show, The Holiday Show!, starts Friday, December 18, at 7:30 p.m. at Go Comedy! Improv Theater in Ferndale. Expect original sketches, musical acts and movie spoofs, with tickets available online.
Go Comedy! has been closing out the year with this show for 17 years. It mixes sketch comedy, musical numbers and movie spoofs, with biblical and heroic figures going hilariously wrong, plenty of Christmas ham and lots of holiday cheer.
The night also promises guitar solos, tap dancing, wild wigs, sports and the Batmobile. The cast is Ramone Solomon, Brendan McCarthy, Mary Consiglio, Emily Burnett, Liz Magana and Josh McDaniel. Molly Alampi and Katie Olds direct, and the script comes from the cast and directors along with a long list of writers.
The theater is at 261 East Nine Mile Road in Ferndale.
