Winter Wonder Lights is a self-guided outdoor show with unique light displays across the Meadow Brook Estate grounds. You can also tour part of the decorated interior of Meadow Brook Hall if you like.

Expect seasonal and specialty drinks, selfie stations, bonfires and food trucks. It goes on rain, snow or shine, parking is free, and a shuttle runs during the event. Start times are 6, 6:30, 7, 7:30 and 8 p.m. The estate closes daily from 4 to 5:30 p.m. to reset the tour route.

Matilda Dodge Wilson built Meadow Brook Hall between 1926 and 1929 for $4 million. It's a National Historic Landmark and one of America's finest examples of Tudor-revival architecture.
