Chaplin's Modern Times is a rare thing to catch on screen, and here you get it with a live band: Orchestra Cinématique improvises the score as the film plays.

The group is led by Detroit bassist, composer, conductor and educator Patrick Prouty. He has toured North America, Europe and Asia with Bettye LaVette and Johnnie Bassett, and has played the North Sea Jazz Festival and the Detroit Jazz Festival. His music has been heard on Brooklyn 99, The Good Place and Breaking Bad, and the Michigan Music Hall of Fame gave him a lifetime achievement award in 2023.

There are two shows, at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m. for dinner. Seating for Dinner & a Show starts at 6 p.m., and seating for the second show starts at 8:45 p.m.
