Evelyn’s Midtown Kitchen – Kids Camp

This kids camp was a five-day culinary trip, with each day dedicated to a different global flavor. The kids learned to make Korean kimbap, Indian butter chicken and dosas, Jamaican beef patties, Roman cacio e pepe, and chicken dumplings with a lacy skirt technique. Each session ran from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at Eastern Market’s Shed 5, giving young chefs plenty of time for fun and learning in a lively and supportive environment. It was a great way for kids to roll up their sleeves and try out new recipes from different cultures.
