Evelyn’s Midtown Kitchen – Pasta Workshop

At this event, participants rolled up their sleeves to make delicate squid ink ravioli stuffed with shrimp, lobster, and scallops, served in a roasted red pepper sauce. The menu included a Radicchio di Treviso salad balancing bitterness and acidity, followed by a limoncello mascarpone mousse topped with candied pistachio. Recommended wine pairings were Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to complement the flavors. The workshop took place at Eastern Market’s Shed 5, where guests were welcome to bring their own wine and enjoy a delicious hands-on cooking experience focused on fresh Italian-inspired seafood pasta dishes.
