Evelyn’s Midtown Kitchen – A Romantic Evening in Paris

In a cozy class of 12-20 students, participants teamed up in groups of four to share cooking stations and tools. They learned to prepare seared cod with classic sauce gribiche, braised sweet onions, a chicory salad with Dijon vinaigrette, and finished with a floral lavender crème brûlée. Attendees brought their own wine while glasses were provided. The hands-on class kept everyone on their feet for about 2 to 2.5 hours. Comfortable closed-toe shoes and attention to kitchen hygiene were part of the experience. The event took place in Eastern Market’s Shed 5 where parking is free.
