Adult ArtMaking Workshop: Make It Mini
Cranbrook Art Museum hosts an artist-led workshop on Thursday, March 4, at 5:30 p.m. in the Art Lab in Bloomfield Hills, where you build your own collection of tiny objects. It's $25 per person, and pre-registration is required.
Make It Mini is all about the miniature world, a fresh angle for your creativity. You'll make a set of mini objects and arrange them into a curated display, with inspiration from artwork in the museum's collection.
Any level of experience is welcome, and you're encouraged to try new materials and techniques. The two-hour session runs from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and is intended for ages 16 and up. Register ahead on the museum's website; all materials are provided.
