Yellow Room Gang
Yellow Room Gang, an eight-member Michigan singer-songwriter collective, plays an afternoon show on Saturday, January 2, at 3 p.m. at The Ark in Ann Arbor. Expect most or all members on stage. Tickets $29; online/phone prices are all-in with MUTO’s fee, or buy in person at The Ark’s box office with no added fees.
The “Yellow Room” is David Tamulevich’s brilliantly yellow living room on Ann Arbor’s Old West Side, where this crew meets monthly to swap ideas and sharpen songs. Onstage you’ll typically get the full lineup: Annie Capps, Kitty Donohoe, Jan Krist, Michael Hough, David Tamulevich, David Barrett, Jim Bizer, and Matt Watroba—each a seasoned writer and performer.
Note the early start: 3 p.m. Tickets purchased online or by phone use all‑in pricing that includes MUTO’s processing fee; buy in person at The Ark box office during hours to skip included fees.
