Downtown Detroit Treat n’ Peek is a special Halloween event in downtown Detroit where participating businesses offer treats. Attendees can pick up a free Halloween-themed tote bag and explore from Cadillac Square up Woodward Avenue to John R., collecting goodies along the way.
