The Henry Ford’s temporary collections spotlight runs Saturday, February 7, 2026, through Sunday, January 31, 2027, at the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation in Dearborn. Centered on Mrs. Jackson’s memoir, it shows how everyday people can preserve and share family stories. Free for members or with museum admission.

The Henry Ford’s exhibition Handmade: The Crafting of America runs Saturday, March 21, 2026, through Monday, January 18, 2027, at the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation in Dearborn. It's 1927 in a Chicago recording studio, and blues legend Ma Rainey is cutting records on her own terms. Mosaic Productions’ collaborative exhibition (Interpretation Show #9) runs Saturday, September 19, through October 17 at Office Space Gallery in Detroit, with the opening reception on Saturday, September 19, at 6 p.m. Photographers shot from their cars and artists reinterpreted the images—40+ participants, curated by Tim Tonachella and Billy Hunter.

Kohler Expo’s three-day Metro Detroit Women’s Expo runs Friday–Sunday, October 2–4, at Macomb Sports & Expo Center in Warren. 200+ exhibitors with shopping, samples and entertainment; tickets are valid for any one day, and BLINGO After Dark is Friday at 6:30 p.m. with separate limited tickets. Pontiac's long-running Erebus haunted attraction is back with its Primordium storyline at 18 South Perry St., open October 1–4, 7–11, 13–18 and 20–31, plus November 1, 6 and 7. Tickets are sold by date on the official Erebus calendar, $25–$42 depending on the night.

The Long family has farmed the same stretch of Commerce Road since 1876, and for their 150th fall the Fun Farm is open Fridays through Sundays, October 2 through November 1, with 20+ attractions, a corn maze and a hayride to the U-Pick Pumpkin Patch. Admission is $19 online or $21 at the gate.

Every Saturday and Sunday from October 3 through November 1, 10 a.m.–5 p.m., Westview Orchards & Winery in Washington, Michigan, runs Weekend Fall Fun with an America's 250th themed corn maze, wagon rides, a 40-foot slide and petting animals. Check the farm's site for admission prices.

Upland Hills Farm in Oxford hosts its Harvest Festival every Saturday and Sunday from October 3 through October 31, 10 a.m.–5 p.m., with a hayride, pumpkin patch, magic show, farm show and even cow milking included in the $13 admission.
