Dexter Cider Mill's Apple Daze comes to downtown Dexter on Saturday, October 3, 10 a.m.–5 p.m., with free hayrides running out to the mill, which has been pressing cider since 1886 and is in its 140th season.

The Detroit Riverfront Conservancy throws Detroit Harvest Fest on Saturday and Sunday, October 3 and 4, 11 a.m.–8 p.m., at Ralph C.
