On Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 3 p.m., the Purple Rose Theatre in Chelsea (137 Park Street) stages Bastard, Devin Scillian's dramedy about two brothers who share nothing but a last name: an aging country rocker and a buttoned-down financial whiz. Tickets run $28–$42, and several nights sell out, so book early.
