Before the scares start, the City of Dearborn hosts a calm, sensory-friendly trick-or-treat walk on the Ford Field Park trail on Friday, October 16, 5:30–6:30 p.m., for families who prefer treats over tricks. It's free, and the city encourages registering ahead.

The City of Dearborn opens its wooded Halloween trail at Ford Field Park October 16–18 (Friday to Sunday), starting at 7 p.m. each night, haunted this year by cryptids of legend, with a later Witching Hour for guests 18+. Tickets are $10 in advance or $15 on the day, for a specific date and time slot.

City Institute leads this free walking tour on Saturday, October 17, at 1 p.m., starting at Qahwah House in Dearborn. In two hours you’ll see how Dearborn’s past and present intersect, with small tastes from local spots along the way. Advance registration required.

The Henry Ford’s Artemis Adventure with LEGO Bricks runs from Sunday, October 18, 2026, to Sunday, January 3, 2027, at The Gallery by General Motors inside the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation in Dearborn. Giant LEGO sculptures and hands-on engineering stations bring NASA’s Artemis missions to life. Free for members or with museum admission.
