The RE/STRICT Film Festival takes over Planet Ant Theatre, 2357 Caniff Street in Hamtramck, on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 7 p.m.. Tickets are for ages 21 and up only, and nobody under 21 gets in. On Sunday, October 25, Meadow Brook Hall in Rochester lets kids trick-or-treat along the estate's woodland paths and through the first floor of the historic mansion, with games, crafts, cider and donuts in a heated Garden Tent.
