The Detroit Free Press Marathon starts at 7 a.m. on Sunday, October 18, 2026, from Fort Street downtown: the full and the International Half cross the Ambassador Bridge into Windsor, Canada, come back through the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel and finish on Woodward just south of Campus Martius. The marathon and halves are sold out, but Saturday's 5K is open through October 8 while spots last, and anyone can cheer at the finish chute.

The Henry Ford’s Artemis Adventure with LEGO Bricks runs from Sunday, October 18, 2026, to Sunday, January 3, 2027, at The Gallery by General Motors inside the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation in Dearborn.
