COMPÁS (Center of Music & Performing Arts Southwest) hosts its Day of the Dead 5K and 10K at Patton Park in Southwest Detroit on Sunday, November 1, with the race starting at 9 a.m. sharp and money raised for COMPÁS youth performing arts. Registration is $55 for the 5K and $60 for the 10K until October 31 at 11:59 p.m.

The Detroit Riverfront Conservancy holds its yearly Day of the Dead celebration at Robert C.
